In this role I would assist a client base of approximately one hundred and fifty and direct fifteen employees. I also handled collaborating with corporate on strategy and benchmarks to meet. Daily tasks for this position included:

  • Collaborate with corporate to create profitability benchmarks and strategy for increased revenue.
  • Assist and handle clientele including processing payments and resolving issues.
  • Create and launch marketing strategy for the studio that was done both in person and via social media.
