During my months at Van Hise as a student teacher with Anne Delgado, I have been deeply impressed by the supportive and collaborative environment you have fostered at the school. I have watched in awe as teachers, staff and administrators inspire a love for learning and exploration without sacrificing attention to the diverse social and academic needs of their students. For me, teaching is a dream long deferred, but all the sweeter now that it is being realized. I had my first experience as a teacher many years ago when I taught French to undergraduate students.
