Ensures that every food item served is labeled appropriately for stress free navigation in the dining halls.
Communicates directly with residents with dietary restrictions and preferences. I reach out to make sure they feel comfortable and confident in their food choices on campus.

OSU dining is partnered with the Menus of Change and AASHE-STARS initiatives. I help screen our purchasing records for inventory that meets the institution's sustainability criteria.
Create and coordinate outreach events in the dining halls, through social media, or remotely.
Examples of past events:
Partner with chefs to host cooking classes.
We tailor affordable, simple recipes that can be made from scratch, with virtually no cooking experience, on a college student budget.
We also develop handouts with recipes, cooking tips, and important facts (i.e types of knives, the danger zone, how to avoid cross contamination, flavor profiles, etc.)
Available for extraneous tasks and activities with the university
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the OSU TRACE Research team implemented community and campus based Covid-19 testing for free.
I assisted in compiling written data collected from the field into an online, secure database for result distribution and assessment.
