Then got promoted to waiter, a few months after a position for steward was offered. Consisting in over seeing the busboy staff and the back of the house. Keeping law in order and preparing equipment for every event. So I did just that for the next two and a half years.

Brothers, uncles and cousins all work or have worked in landscaping. A company was looking for an assistant to manage his 200 accounts landscaping route on the south shore area, my uncle offered it. Speaking with clients, mowing lawns, designing landscape, managing the four man crew, driving trucks with trailers, providing maintenece for tools and machinery and overseaing the business.
