Crowley ISD Special Olympics

President - North Crowley High School AVID Program (2016)
The AVID Student President is to represent and lead all student members in the North Crowley HS AVID program. The president is to assist the AVID faculty team in planning AVID events and field trips. The president holds regular meetings with the AVID Executive Council members to plan and organize activities.

Key Club is a student-led, high school organization. Members make the world a better place through service. In doing so, we grow as individuals and as leaders by answering the call to lead, summoning the courage to engage and developing the heart to serve.
Member - Student Council
Student council members provide a forum where other students can raise problems and questions about the school and its operations, and act as a liaison between the student body and faculty or administration. If a student raises an issue with the student council, members are responsible for discussing the issue, making a recommendation, and bringing the problem and potential solutions to the school staff.

Each July, TCU hosts a free, three-day institute for high school juniors in surrounding high schools. You will work with other students to explore your talents and strengths to identify your leadership potential that will help prepare you for life after high school. Experienced college faculty and staff will teach you the strategies and skills necessary to communicate your potential to others.
