  • During my tenure in this role my main responsibilities included annual budget management, variance analysis, productivity analysis, labor analysis, financial analysis various other ad hoc reports for warehousing and freight.
  • For month end I provided several analysis, presented them to the warehouse management and senior financial leadership, director, and CEO, providing strategic management on how to decrease costs, improve efficiencies, as well as other ideas to help assist our net profit.
