In my previous employment, I learned to be organized, attentive to detail, and manage my time efficiently. My duties included, scheduling appointments, answering phone lines, filing, maintaining records, and greeting customers. As Alpha Delta Pi's Spirit chair and Head of Greek relations committee, I learned to focus my energy to project a positive attitude, hone my organizational skills and develop strong communication and management skills. My duties as spirit chair and Head of Greek relations committee include contacting and building relationships with fellow Greek chapters, philanthropies and other community service groups, as well as. planning, organizing, and managing large events. During my time as a leader in Young Life, a non-profit social group for people with disabilities, I learned to be patient while guiding the students through social interaction programs. Additionally I was responsible for the Young Life facebook page. As a Hooters girl I honed the skills of waitressing, as well as constantly keeps an upbeat attitude in a fast paced environment.

During my time as a leader for this non-profit social group for people with disabilities. I performed many activities, these include as mentioned before leading songs and games. I worked with children with Down's syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and many other disabilities. During my time there I built strong relationships that helped me become the outgoing, positive go with the flow kind of person I am today.
Being a Hooters Girl you have all the responsibilities of a waitress and more. You have the responsibility to make their experience exciting and memorable. You have to be able to handle a fast paced environment, large groups, and rambunctious guests. I also learned simple bartender tasks like, pouring beer, and making simple drinks.
While a receptionist at West coast Drilling I scheduled appointments, answered and kept up with busy phone lines, filed and kept records, and greeted customers.
