  • Managing and scheduling of 4-12 people to ensure that not only did they hit their individual goals but that we did as a team as well.

  • Responsible for disputing invoices for work done without prior approval or invoices on which the customer was over charged on parts or labor according to the Labor Guide.  Our department was responsible for saving Airgas alone over $1,000,000.00 per year in disputed charges.
  • Assisted in creating new accounting import process which allowed us to cut man hours down by 80%.  This resulted in our company having the resources to create an additional team to take on more advanced projects for our customer.
