Having shattered goals like Bartending in Times Square for high end clientele and then purchasing my first bar in Manhattan and operating it successfully for ten plus years I am invigorated to start a new goal path and a new life here in Southern California. Being Raised in Fort Lauderdale and living in Manhattan SoCal seems the best of both worlds. I'd love to bring my knowledge and enthusiasm to an establishment where I can be a part of a professional team. I am well traveled from the likes of places like Moscow to Columbia. I'm well read from the epic of Homers the Iliad to Brontë's Wuthering Heights. There is no conversation too big or small that I cannot traverse. I believe in the true craft of the "Gilded Age" Bartender and there's nothing sweeter than to hear customers tell each other on the way out the door "that was an excellent experience and we can't wait to return".
