Professional Summary

I genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals and conquering their short comings. My favorite thing about being a team leader is helping build self-motivated, self organized, and accountable team members.

As a computer programmer there is no feeling like overcoming a syntactical error or bug in my projects. I have always had an afinity for writing code in C oriented languages. My favorite project was developed in Objective C. It was a prop timer for my friends and I to use in our Airsoft games.

In high school I developed a very strong passion to learn how to write code. It started in my freshman year. I was eager to learn, but limited due to resource availability. I used my gaming hobby to explore a logical understanding of how games were built. With that exploration I found and contributed to a community called RunUO. They had built a server emulator for a game called Ultima Online. A few friends and I decided to run our own server and with that we delved into the world of C#.

In ten years I see myself working in the Game Development industry. I believe being involved in Global Game Jams and Game Developer meetups is pushing me in the right direction. If you have any suggestions on how I might increase my accessibility to that field. I am always interested in learning about new opportunities and hope you may reach out to me.
