Facilitated support groups that addressed topics such as domestic violence education, effective communication, positive discipline and parenting styles, life skills, and peer support. Served as first responder to crisis calls and also for all facility, staff and resident needs.

Processed unemployment claims and acted as the company representative at unemployment hearings.
