I became an assistant manager to a company at a young age. I was hired in as a minimum wage Subway employee but after two months I was moved up to the team leader for both Subway and Charlies. After taking the initiative to learn both sides of the store and doing preventative maintenance, I was soon promoted to the Assistant Manager position. I attended full time classes at Southwestern Michigan college while holding the full time assistant manager position. I made deans list three semesters in a row, maintaining a 3.87 GPA. In high school I was an assistant Debate Coach. My curiosity in the team not only resulted in me helping coach the team but I also became the first female Lincoln Douglas debater to place in Nationals since 1987. I am very detail oriented with the ability to memorize rules and regulations quickly. I am able to make quick adjustments to spontaneous changes, as well as multi-task, and delegate. I have the will to take charge and make decisions while remaining vigilant.
