  • Respond to agency inquiries regarding transportation services.

  • Maintain Broker Transportation Logs and follow up with brokers to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain DDS Pending List for denied DDS TRs and follow up with RTA to obtain information on open routes.

  • Review and process MRC and Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB) invoices for accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison with various agencies regarding transportation services.
  • Act as a liaison between Human Service Transportation (HST) staff and Human Resources regarding benefit inquiries.
  • Update HST staff of changes in procedures from Human Resources.
  • Process travel reimbursement requests and maintain travel account balances.
  • Continue to be available to area offices for training sessions (in person or via phone) so all staff are familiar with the TR process.
  • MassSP Project to Implement- Revamping presentation and create an online "webinar" version so that all Service Coordinators can easily navigate the TR.
  • Perform other duties as needed such as identifying opportunities to streamline processes, making work procedures more efficient without compromising on effectiveness.
