  • I worked closely with customers to determine a Space Design Layout of their workstations, cubicles and/or private offices, along with scheduling delivery dates to work with them and our Operations department.
  • When I would design a layout for a customer's space, I would assess their needs and wants, along with their budgets to determine on the best course of product to use.
  • After getting the layout pattern agreed on, I would create an itemize costs of the product/equipment, cost of design, estimated installation cost, adding in a 3D drawing of the space.
  • In special cases I have also used a bullet point presentation for a quick estimate, using Word & Power Point, have a short description of the product, 3D pictures showing what the space would like after the project was completed, and an overall total at the bottom.
  • After the estimate was approved, I would hand it over to the Coordinates to be entered as an order into the database, I would follow purchase and acknowledgments, keeping my customers updated on their order.
  • If problems did accrue with the order, I would try to fix them to the best of my ability.
  • If I could not resolve the issue, I would ask my supervisor for assistance.
