Enter either quote request in the VOR system and assign to either SORQ, SOS or Key Accounts. Also using the Solaris tool to look up brokers and agencies to assign the correct AE to each request. Also assign or forward emails for sold quotes, AOR's, status checks and additional information
  • Completed SORQ cross training to be able to help quoting when there is overflow of 1-50 quote requests. Used UeS and All Savers quoting tool to generate quotes and forward them to broker and AE's
  • SCI Project (Single Contract Issuance System) helped to move documents from their old tool to their new one. It's an internal tool for Key Accounts to deliver SPD's. Worked from a daily spreadsheet using SCI Opt Draft Tracker to add plans to that system
