I am also very good at multi-tasking and very proficient with many different computer programs. While at Tyson I supervised approximately 45 team members in white meat pack out. I was responsible for keep their payroll in order and making sure that we met our daily shipment requirement. I transferred into the field as a Broiler Technician and managed 12 individual farms. My responsibilities were to make sure that the birds were grown to a specific weight so that we were able to fill all necessary orders. I was also tasked to make sure that the birds were grown in a proper manner that met our animal welfare mandates and made sure the grower had the proper training on bird handling.
