Additional Tasks outside the Office, as needed: incl. relabeling library bindings, res-shelving; updating classroom ipads, managing apps; creating "Birthday Buttons" (pins each child receives on the Friday of his/her birthday week).

Duties: set-up/clean-up; supervising snack & lunch-time, water-play, arts & drafts, playground time. Helping to run a.m. & p.m. carpool, making sure children with allergies, etc. were properly cared for and that all stayed hydrated. Performing any additional tasks asked of me by the camp directors.

Duties: Used university technology to invite classmates to Club events; oversaw advertising for those events, discussions for how to allocate funds from Club budget, and kept all other Club leaders up-to-date with each-others' opinions/thoughts.
Women in the Liberal Arts (WILA)
Duties: Took over all secretarial duties when the official secretary was absent (about 50% of regular meetings); researched/estimated funds needed for individual events in order to allocate from official Club budget; posted several "Woman of the Month" spotlights on digital campus message-boards (part of WILA's baseline campaign to increase awareness of women in the liberal arts).
Duties: Conferred with a council of teachers and other grade representatives to determine consequences for infractions such as plagiarism and theft. Met as needed.
Duties: Delegated and helped perform pre-practice and pre-match tasks; acted as team "cheerleaders" by leaving motivational notes for teammates before matches and by organizing "team-breakfasts" the morning of. Acted as a mediator between the team and its coaches whenever concerns or suggestions for altered procedure arose on either side.
