During my high school years, I was able to able to gain some experience using Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop. Not only was I taught how to alter images during these past years, but I also was able to shadow many educated doctors and nurses in outpatient facilities. Plus, my work experience as a sales associate and hostess has enabled me to enhance my customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. This inspired me to become in charge of people to make sure they are doing the right things to keep people safe. There are many disparities that arise in the healthcare field, and my job is to make sure that everyone receives the care that they deserve. This has allowed me to create bonds with customers while also increasing the sales from my recommendations to them. If I did a closing shift, I would be in charge of the money where I would have to keep records of the money and be responsible for dropping it to the dropbox.
