At White House Black Market as a Sales Associate I have to be alert, initiative, and a team player. I have
completed many sale goals by being dynamic and seeing the opportunity within each and every customer.

At Loki Hostel my responsibility during the day shift was to put the guests food order in properly, pour and

Also flexibility since the bar environment was always changing with the guests and the events that went on.
Front Desk Receptionist Equinox - Stamford, CT - July 2013 to February 2014 Responsibilities Responsibilities for this job include greeting each member and guest that walks into Equinox, answering the phone before the third ring, managing spa appointments and personal training sessions, checking every guest in, counting the classes that go on at the gym, printing out paperwork and setting up appointments, and memorizing 70% of the members name.
Accomplishments Throughout these months working at Equinox I have helped the member service of this gym, as well as greeting and taking care of special guests that arrive.

As a step up from being in a support role at White House Black Market my responsibilities grew and were not limited to, controlling sales, interacting with customers, handling my own sale and goals for the day, pulling together outfits, managing my own personal clientele and calling/scheduling appointments when promotions were present.
Every day we strive to make sure our customers experience the best customer service we can deliver.
Accomplishments During my time here I have accomplished personal growth, gathering and keeping up to date a personal binder with my customers, I have aided new staff, and have helped made the daily sale goal to the best of my ability.
I successfully had appointment sales, and have received positive personal feedback from customers through our survey system.

At Teavana my responsibilities included knowing all the information of the teas, merchandise, and selling it to our many customers.
At night we had to work as a team to close, restock the store, wash and sanitize all of the equipment.
Accomplishments During my season at Teavana I helped out the other sales associates, and to push sales, and bond with customers.
I learned how to up sell as well as to earn the customer's trust and show them the different types of teas and accessories we sell.
One of my more notable accomplishments at Teavana was being able to guide a customer who never drank tea through our process and have a very positive outcome for both them and the store.
