Create, develop, establish funding and present programs and lectures. Prepare, monitor and document annual budget, donations, grant funds, CIP/Cash Capital, appropriations and private non-profit accounts to ensure funds are used in accordance with published requirements. Create and implement action plans for historic sites projects and programs. Prepare weekly updates for Director of Department. Interact with public greeting visitors; presenting programs reflecting /historic/restoration/archaeology projects; researching patrons' historical inquiries, answering phone inquiries; review incoming written & electronic correspondence. Oversee all projects/maintenance/events on historic property throughout the city.
