While worClaire at Macy's, after cleaning and recovering my area, I would assist other sales associates.


When we ran out of fitting room logs, I contacted a manager who was unable to assist in that moment. So I went to a different area, made copies, and placed the copies in all the fitting rooms in the store.


When a customer was unhappy with her purchase and attempted to return an item, I offered her some suggestions which resulted in a purchase and a happy customer.
