I was awarded the 'Spotlight Award' in 2019 at Herc rentals for going above and beyond the call of duty for the company. There was a deal with Walgreens where two Port-A-Cools were needed to be delivered and installed. Not only did i secure the deal, write the contract, and set up delivery. i delivered the units and installed them myself assuring the customer would be satisfied. that needed to be taken care of ASAP. i answered the call and make the deal went smooth and successful!
