Born and raised in a multi-generation family of Automotive Dealerships owners. Before retiring 2 years ago, my father was the Dealer Principal for several rooftops including multiple franchises. Throughout my life I worked in every department learning from the ground up what it takes to be successful. I began as a little girl sweeping floors, graduated to stocking parts, working in the office and sales during my high-school years, handling UCM, and SM positions in my early adult years. As time went on, I grew an intense passion to explore other sides of the business, and show dealerships how to move the needle to higher grosses. Found a special consultative niche and love for the F&I Department, as this could be the main hub of profits in most dealerships. While working my way up the ladder, I had the opportunity to work as a Finance Producer in various stores. My experience includes financing high end vehicles, all the way to sub-prime BHPH. My duties also incorporated selling Appearance Protection Products (Dent Protection, Tire and Wheel Protection, Windshield Protection, etc), GAP, and Ancillary products. Aside from mastering intense organizational and negotiation skills, my most valuable take-away is the strong relationships that I have built and maintained over a lifetime in the industry. This position required skilled hunting, prospecting, and testing different strategies to begin dialogue with key decision makers. Essentially  partnered with the dealer on all levels to ultimately raise grosses by articulating EFG values and differentiating solutions.  Managed large complex accounts, while raising the bar of the F&I and dealer performance industry. Acquisitions responsibilities began with collectively enrolling dealerships (large dealer groups, single point stores, and large independent dealers) into wealth building, reinsurance, performance management, traffic building, and compliance management programs. This process  was kicked off by account portfolio planning via BDA's (Business Development Analysis) to ultimately present a second set of eyes on what the business was doing well, and not so well.  Solutions were also established by breaking down pro-forma's, and dealer summaries including cession statements as well as retro-advance trackers.  I was able to incorporate a lifetime of dealership contacts that were developed/maintained and present complex solutions. Our most popular products were Signature Finish, which consisted of Appearance Protection, Dent Protection, Tire/Wheel Protection, and Windshield Protection. Other Products were the Repair and Maintenance Products. These included MAP, MAP my Miles, Verified Ride, Drive Forever, Power X2, MVP (Maintenance Value Program). Coupled with those, I also sold debt protection products including a Walkaway Program, Gap, Signature Security (theft Protection), F&I development, training, recruiting and profit participation for the Dealer Principal with our Wealth Building Program. Key elements that set me far apart from the average are my organizational skills as well as my relentless follow up's.  I have a built-in ability to present, negotiate and create profitability with any level executive.  Highly accustomed to travelling locally as well as nationally.  As an Acquisitions Executive, I was directly involved with auto giants such as Group 1 (as the exclusive F&I trainer), Penske, Honda, Hyundai, and several OEM distributers.  


In efforts to streamline operations, EFG terminated a 42+ year relationship with Santander, as well as our Dealer Services team, and ultimately the Acquisition Department. This transition went into effect on May 30, 2017. I was incredibly fortunate to have been mentored by true professionals and innovators at EFG.

Visionary Executive, combining sales management, operations, and marketing together to pioneer a special niche in Automobile Digital Marketing. Leveraged an existing sales system with a custom created system to maximize opportunities and profits for our clients. This role included calling upon my book of business and use my long standing relationships in the F&I departments. This software allowed the dealership to pull lists of people who have filled out auto credit applications with the last 24 hours. These were hot leads in which had never been worked. My role was to guide the sales team on the ground to enroll dealers and manage dealer profit's from those leads. Although this opportunity was presented as a 30% equity profit sharing position, the profits were minimized by the CFO. I realized shortly after starting this position, our customer service end of this software was incomplete. The reliability of the training department was overwhelmed with the task of keeping up with the growth due to mass sales.
Midwest Regional Sales Director, 07/2015 to 06/2016

Executed strategies to expand the struggling US Midwest Region. In addition, I was responsible for 11 Account Managers and their prospective territories. Generated new business growth resulting in gross profits that quadrupled company goals...all within the first 90 days of employment. Clients included various municipalities throughout the region (captured Cook County), Enterprise, Hertz, AutoNation, Penske, Sonic Automotive, Asbury, Thrifty, Avis, National, DriveTime, and Dollar Rent a Car. My Primary Role was to introduce the GM, UCM, as well as F&I managers with ways of lifting front and back end grosses by taking a proactive approach. Nearly every potential customer asks for a complete set of keys. CKE enabled dealerships to advertise in ways to differentiate from the dealership/vehicle down the street. CKE was the largest buyer and seller of keys in the nation. Some dealers were able to profit well over 100% of fair market value by using our service. The relationships that I developed and maintained were extremely valuable and still in tact. At the peak of my employment and the height of my success, Car Keys Express was transitioned from having a highly talented sales and management team, to having the service technicians attempt to sell. This presented a problem for the Regional Sales teams along with the National Sales Director. This new system crippled the top earners income, and ultimately forcing the top regional managers, as well as the NSD to seek employment elsewhere.

The Spare Shield, Inc. was the first opportunity I accepted after moving to Chicago. Having owned several companies, my experience with developing new business, and extensive sales management attracted one of the partners (a car dealer) to me. During this role, I accelerated, pioneered and mastered the art of self-generating viable leads. I incentivized and taught advanced sales techniques to the existing sales force, nearly doubling gross sales and profits. I worked diligently with F&I and Service Departments to secure the most profitable ways that the dealer could appease the end buyer, and lift grosses. Once hired, I truly believed this company was further along in the development stages, when ultimately, it was nothing short of an underfunded start up company. The Spare Shield was not ready for the type of growth I was able to provide, which ended in me seeking a more lucrative career elsewhere.
