Creating new vlan's and interface for a new port on SIAD to which the Optical fiber is connected physically, also new vlan's and interfaces are created on PMSN and SMSN.
Once vlan's are created, checking it for connectivity by pinging vice-versa.
Once ping is success, performing the cut-over process by assigning ip's to the new vlans and then deleting the old vlan's and interface.
Shutting down the old port on which the electrical cable is connected as backhaul.

Performed Port turn up configuration on SIAD for Newly integrated LTE or UMTS nodes.
