Responsible for all weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and heavily involved in the budgeting process as required by my management company, using RM Systems, Sales and PM Systems to assist in the developing of annual transient pricing.
Through the review of competitive shops, the ability to identify selling strategies and recognizing trends within the market, I am able to provide an accurate competitive and demand analysis that allows me to implement pricing strategies that have been proven effective for my hotel. These strategies have also allowed us to maintain a long standing position as leaders within our market and the City.
