Here at Best Buy my goals are very similar to my goals at Vivint Smart Home. My aim is to provide an excellent customer service while they are interacting with me. Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner to help assess their needs is one of my main focuses. While interacting with a customer I take time to slow them down and listen to their true wants and needs. If a customer is in simply looking for a power cable then I do my best to ensure a quick and simple transaction that will leave the customer with a smile on their face. I ensure that the customer leaves with a full package the first time around; there's no need for a customer to have to pay multiple times.
Here at Vivint my number one priority is customer service. My main goal when I start my day at Vivint is to take care of every single customer and or potential customer, to the best of my ability. My job here was fairly simple, I made burgers and ensured that meals prepared were sanitary, cooked, and correct. While my time here was not long I was taught skills that I've used in almost every day situations. While working here I had to learn how to keep a level head during stressful situations. I don't know how many hours you may have worked in a kitchen but I can assure you, rush hours can be very hectic. If you're not calm, quick, and calculated in the way in which you operate everything can fall apart. Just like a burger with a soggy bun. I was an assistant kitchen manager for the last six months of my tenure here at Our Mom's. My job as a kitchen manager was to ensure everything we needed was always ready. Whether that meant I prepared items myself, or assigned the task to a co-worker.
