As a direct sales position, generates new sales of AT&T products and services to residential customers. Key Roles and Responsibilities: In the residential customer's home, sells AT&T products and services in coordination with a Direct TV install. Assists residential customers with setting up new devices and applications sold by the consultant during the home visit. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures. This job key applies to employees who spend more than 50% of their time performing duties directly related to making sales away from their offices at a customer's place of business or home.
Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the store’s retail experience. Responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience by facilitating the coordination of customers being welcomed in, prioritizing transactions and advising of any wait time. Own the store’s service customer experience! Responsible for troubleshooting effectively and then resolving and/or following up on customer issues, ensuring our customers needs are addressed promptly, and communicating with the management team effectively.
