Worked with students and teachers on development of Special Education best practices, gave accommodations and modifications to teachers to use in their general education classroom. Created and implemented I&RS Committee, tested students as needed. Pulled students out and instructed them on their level using Springboard materials as well as provided in-class support with the general education teachers. Acted as a liasion between our private residential facility and the public school of the students for grades 5-12.
