Participates in developing the over all plan for the individuals, including developing and implementing individual programs. Implement overall plan of service ensuring that all programs are implemented in a timely manner that all staff are in serviced, follow individual programs and document accordingly. Monitor medical, physical and behavioral changes in individuals on a daily basis. Document and report all changes to the Director of Operations and/or Nurse, Behaviorist as needed. Conducting monthly staff meetings, documenting content and staff attendance. Provide mandatory training's to staff. Maintain staff schedule to program ratio and ensure staff is in place at all times. Report monthly staff in-services, fire drill reports, alarm testing and verification of emergency bags and content. Monitor compliance to safety requirements. Conduct fire drills monthly and/or delegate appropriately to encompass all shifts. Maintain fire extinguishers and other safety related systems. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and distributed appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner, including incident reports and time-sheets. Responsible for the accountability of individuals funds and petty cash. Transport individuals to doctor appointments, recreational outings, day program, work, etc. Ensure the program remains in compliance with DDS regulations and be present at all inspections. Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
