Created and launched a Residential Service Division for a well established Commercial heating and cooling company. Redesigned company web site to include the residential division, purchased dispatch software and implemented mobil platform. Successfully launched 6 service technicians running 4 to 6 residential service calls per day within the first 45 days. Launched a real time customer satisfaction platform on website to increase presence on internet and increase Google Search Optimization. Divisions created consisted of HVAC, Plumbing and Appliance Service & Repair. Established new accounts with DTE Energy, American Home Shield and 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Additional responsibilities include all marketing functions, hiring of technicians, GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting to the President and CPA.
