Professional Summary

Growing up the second oldest of ten in a foster family taught me to be a responsible caretaker of those around me. Furthermore, the trauma and loss I witnessed in the lives of those I loved crafted a yearning in my heart to care for those that are hurting. My life has a specific calling on it to love those around me and to walk alongside those that are hurting through the trenches of life.

To fulfill and pursue this calling I have volunteered at numerous foster care camps, worked jobs that have strong relational aspects, and pursued knowledge in behavioral health, grief, and trauma. All of these experiences have further developed my heart for those struggling with physical limitations, environmental instability, and mental health issues.

As a dedicated and outgoing Resident Assistant, I grew in leadership skills and team building. I became highly adept at coordinating student support and implementing conflict resolution strategies. Moreover, I developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Meanwhile, as a Babysitter with five years of experience, I provide highly individualized care to children. Lead exciting and safe activities while setting an excellent example through appropriate social behavior. And , I engage children on topics of personal interest to build relationships and foster communication skills.

As a friendly and outgoing barista I reinforced interpersonal communication strengths. Additionally, I gained solid experience processing payments, handling food and meeting customer demands with diligent and well-organized mentality.
