Within the 8 Years that I have worked in the hotel industry, I have been able to grow and strengthen my interaction with customers in a professional and satisfying matter.

I have made it my priority to always be on top of customer inquiries and ensuring that they do not end of waiting for answers. That the answers should already be provided on the spot and if not, at least within a good waiting period.

I have learned that it takes hard work and perseverance in order to have the customer leaving the company with complete satisfaction. When given a task to perform, I make sure to have complete knowledge of the duties and ask questions if unsure. This has lead to a successful business transaction and an added customer to the company's clientele. 

Lastly, even though most of my experience has been dedicated to serving a hotel environment; I would like to further expand my career search in other fields of interest. In addition, in applying for your company; I am confident that I have what it takes to become an asset.
