I have been working in customer service since 2005. I am a true people person that thrives under pressure. I truly enjoy working with different people. I am however more than comfortable completing tasks on my own. As a Intervention Advisor I was often challenged with being proactive, to not only facilitate a students guardian's request, but foresee any future needs as well. I am very comfortable navigating through my resources, such as sales force 59ine and multiple call center applications.
