Accomplishments
As a customer service representative, I have always above standard Quality scores. As a research interviewer I was able to introduce a script in Spanish, allowing all interviewers to communicate with Spanish speaking students that call in when there are no Spanish speaking Interviewers available. The script provides a template for how to gather call back information, so the Spanish cases can be completed when a Spanish Interviewer is a available.

My duties as a Research Interviewer include, but are not limited to making 16-25 calls per hour; in order to gather information on behalf of the projects of the clients I am working on. My main projects are first CMS (Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services), & secondly Job Corps.  Imapaq Int is a government founded private sector company. As a Research Interviewer my main projects consist of research on behalf of the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid services. The objective is to call insurance companies that have been granted founded contracts to offer Medicare & Medicaid to the public; in efforts to confirm that they are carrying out the missions of CMS(Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services). The goal is to complete 16-25 cases(calls) per hour. The other project I spend a consentient amount of time working on is researching on behalf of Job Corps. With this project I have the opportunity to call former Job Corps students and review their experiences as Job Corps students. The objective once again is to confirm that the Job Corps facilities that have been granted government founding are carrying out the missions of Job corps. With this position I am provided access to students personal information, such as social security number, date of birth, and address.

Connection Education - Cuolumbia , Md
As an Outbound Call Represenitive my duty was to call random guardian's of student's in the enrollment process that were close to completing enrollment , and tell them know what was needed to finalize their child's enrollment. As well as inform them of any pending deadlines.
I was quickly promoted to an Intervention Enrollment Advisor. In this position my duties were to work directly with assigned families from the beginning to the end of enrollment. I would call them every three days, or more frequently if needed coming up with outside the box solutions to any issues with enrollment.  This position allowed me a great deal of access to a wide range of people, and a great many cultures. I worked with Families that were highly successful with great financial stability; as well as families that were falling on hard times. I had a chance to work with suburban to urban families. The goal was always the same, which was finding the best situation for the student. My position also required me to petition on behalf of the student's enrolment to the principals of the 34 schools that we had in 27 states. Each school required different documents for enrollment; which is where my resources both online and, paper came in handy.
