  • Developing a new LC-MS technique to assess the 5-10-methenyltetrahydrofolate (MTHFS) enzyme activity in fibroblast from patients with MTHFS enzyme defect. This method was used to validate the nature of the genetic mutation for an Undiagnosed Disease Network (UDN) patient.
  • Utilizing LC-MS to analyze the concentration of myo-inositol in Cerebrospinal fluids (CSF) from mice fetuses harvested at different ages. The purpose of this work was to determine how fetus inositol deficiency in the central nervous system affects breathing.
