Project Management & Development
Collaborated with engineers and project managers regarding oil and gas operations. With extensive knowledge of Oil and Gas Operations, including Staking, drilling, completion, and the equipment utilized by the petroleum industry for onshore exploration. I possess the knowledge of Oil & Gas Federal and State Regulations, including Onshore Orders 1-7. With the ability to multi task, organize, and be a team player. Currently the liaison between Industry and the Government Agencies for XTO Energy. Corresponding the following Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Department of New Mexico, Federal BLM, Indian Tribal, Bureau of Indian Affairs. Ensuring to meet the following requirements; Onshore Orders 1-7, NSPS 0000 Flowback Notifications, and Daily Operations reporting. Reporting C403s, MITs, etc. State and Federal required forms for drilling, workovers, completions, conversions, pluggings, Frac Focus, surface and downhole commingling applications, coordination of Notice of Violations issued by Federal, State, or Tribal Agencies. Coordination of Bradenhead Testing requirements. Issuing bond requests to corporate office. Researching historical well data. Verifying diverse ownership with REV decks and JIB decks. Verifying and Notifying Interest Owners, both verbally and written to ensure proper notifications of XTOs intent.
My duties were to assist Engineers in managing and updating database's, grafts, reports, generating Maps, plotting production, and researching and compiling data. Reviewing Site Facility Diagrams for completeness. Databases included Daily Gas Variances, Authority for Expenditure for Drilling and Completions, and coordination of XTO's Frac Database. Research and entry of historical well data into WellView Reporting System. Managing XTO Monthly Equipment Failure Meetings and database for tubing and casing failures. Attended onsites of field operations to witness workover, completion, Wireline Logging, and Plug and Abandonment.
My duties included Accounts Payable “Drilling”, gathering and compiling data, reviewing and editing WellView Daily Drilling Reports, charting, grafting, managing spreadsheets and databases, and preparing documents and reports. Participated in drilling construction meetings. Knowledge of terminology of drilling rig and components, knowledge of mud volumes, cement calculations, casing strings set, and overall daily drilling operations. With this I possess the knowledge of mathematical equations and have experience working with numeric calculations. Reviewing Open Hole Logs to verify potential cement problems. Filing of Daily Drilling Reports, Logs and IADCs to the Legal Well File. I oversaw the creation of Field Drilling Files for Federally Approved Permits to Drill. Reviewed Conditions of Approval, Maps to Location, and Drilling Prognosis to ensure documents were accurately paired with one another. Tracking and filing of rig inspections for the San Juan Basin. Participated in drilling and construction meetings, and coordinated with Engineering Staff and Field Consultants on the phases of location construction that took place prior to the rig moves. Participated in onsite field inspections to witness operations of the drilling rig, cement jobs, Setting Casing, etc.
My duties were to meet deadlines while censoring and integrating Oil & Gas Production Flow Charts for Oil & Gas liquid Measurement. While integrating flow charts, it was critical to watch for changes in the Gas Analysis Reports. Gas Analysis had to be entered into the computer system, as well as service tickets to get accurate readings. It was required to watch specifically for meter freezes, orifice plate changes, recalibration, differential and static pressure changes, intermittent volumes, and temperature to determine the accuracy of the MCFs reported to producers.
