My objective is to obtain a career with ITx as a Client Advocate.  I was previously with ITx and left, but I have missed being part of the company. When I saw Client Advocate was an open position I knew it was the time to apply. I feel my time away along with the supervisor experience I have gained will benefit me for this position.

05/2018 to Current Registered Pharmacy Technician - Supervisor Bty Dental | Anchorage, AK,

As a pharmacy technician supervisor I assist the pharmacists with phone calls, taking messages, entering orders/re-orders for medications in order to get the medications out to the facilities we service.  In this position I help make sure the work flow is moving as it should in order to get the day time drivers out by our goal time of 6:30 pm or shortly thereafter. One of my many responsibilities is making sure the labels are run in a timely fashion so the scripts are filled to send for delivery.

My shift is 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, but from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm I supervise not only my shift but day shift as well as our shifts overlap.  Once day shift leaves I make sure all second shift responsibilities are completed.  I not only work on filling medication orders myself, but I must make sure the specific responsibilities for second shift are also completed.

As a pharmacy technician I am also trained in compounding medications.  These include mouthwash, creams, medications like amoxicillin and many others.  Replacing paper and ribbons in the label machines is also a responsibility I have.

07/2014 to 05/2018 Information Leadership and Information Systems Lowe's Companies, Inc. | Oklahoma City, OK,

Information Leadership and Information Systems Coordinator Findlay, OH & Kingsport, TN

I am currently working in the Findlay, OH location as I have moved back to Ohio.

October 2015 - Current

In this position I work with posting payments from patients whether in check for over via credit card.  I deal with each of our clients in one way or another in this position.  There are many times the patient accounts need to be adjusted in order to match the clients' systems, at which time I receive the adjustments that need to be completed and I enter them in so the accounts are accurate.  There are times when my immediate supervisor may be out of the office and I will fill in by running reports and sending these reports to the appropriate people and/or clients.  While in this department I had the privilege of going to a client in Missouri.  At this time I was trained on how to work directly in their system, whether posting payments, making adjustments or reallocating payments when needed.  Doing these items I remotely logged into a computer at the client's hospital in order to complete all the items I needed to complete.

Quality Assurance Advocate

October 2014 - October 2015

In this position I would pick out calls to listen to that the Patient Advocates had made the previous day.  The calls would be audited for including all the required information on the appropriate script.  Make sure the Patient Advocate was helpful and courteous, treating the person on the other end like a patient, not a debtor.  Weekly I would have meetings with the Patient Advocacy and Quality Assurance Team Leaders of the Patient Advocates I audited so they knew where the strengths and weaknesses were at and help to build their teams up.

Patient Advocate

July 2014 - October 2014

This position started with being on the phones in the Patient Open Balance area and then moved to the Self Pay area.  In both areas I would call and take calls from patients and help them set up either a payment plan or take a payment for their account.
