The responsibilities of the President shall be to oversee the dance club. The president shall delegate in a way that allows the club to run most efficiently. Individual responsibilities of the president will include:
•Facilitating executive board meetings;
•Facilitating club meetings;
•Corresponding routinely with club advisor;
•Serving as official liaison between the Student Government Association;
•Work under the Recruitment Chair to make arrangements and reservations recruitment.
•Keep National counselor and Inner Sorority Recruitment Chair recruitment informed of recruitment plans .
•Help organize potential member groups and gatherings outside of the formal recruitment setting.
•Maintain a complete and up-to-date Recruitment Counselor files such as: Potential New Member emails, dorms, room numbers, mailbox numbers, and social media profiles.
•Coordinate recruitment with Public Relations Chair in regards to informational, advertising and academic orientation.
The responsibilities of the Vice President shall be to directly assist the President by any means possible. Individual responsibilities of the vice president will include:
•Managing recruitment efforts for new members;
•Developing a strategy of retention;
•Empowering current members;
•Supervises all standing committees including fundraising, public relations, and dance team;
•Supervises all committees
