Answered 5 multiple Phone Lines, Pulled all Account/Wage/Income Transcripts for Clients through IRS Website, Fulfillment tasks (tasks assigned to send letters, book orders & literature per request through email & web sites created through Infusion System). I handle classified confidential files for clients and potential clients, scanning confidential documents in e-file cabinets, set up new potential clients & Continuing Solutions client maintenance, assisted Administrative Assistant with mail, invoicing/billing & sending payment notices along with helping with special projects & helping others with their call lists & duties. I also am responsible for copying, faxes, filing & general office duties.Assisted with researching of all files, location of files (when not assigned to correct person's possession which may be in another Enrolled Agents or Resolution Specialist office), scanning IRS Notices & filing into correct physical files & assist entire office for quick response at the time what is needed such as Assuring reading material & Client Material is ready for Tax Returns ready for processing. Duties: Updated Prime System through emails sent to Pharmacy Operations (which was my main email to update immediately for updates on Group sections not set up or canceled in the Prime Therapeutics System or gender, name, or date of birth issues for Prescription Drug Program (PDP). I called Pharmacies to resolve membership prescription problems, also working in Excel Program working & researching PDP Reports & Membership Department: Member Rejects, Cancels, Errors, Duplicate UID numbers (Unique Identification) Medicare Eligibility, Daily Inventory, Open MTN's (open membership transactions numbers) in BlueSTAR, Aged MTN's, Medicare Eligible for Age Report, Medicare with Errors Report (date of birth mismatched, incorrect Medicare number, Daily HIPPA Limit Met & Report Summary updated weekly. I routed FAF (Documents scanned into Image System to display) to AEP (Automated Eligibility Processing) / Dedicated Processors within Marshall, TX, Richardson, TX, & Chicago, IL, & sometimes the New Mexico Departments. I made calls were made to Group Representatives for illegible or questionable data on applications, spreadsheets, or change request sheets. I made phone calls to the Medicare hot-line for accurate Medicare information for memberships (if group was unable to be reached) belonging to each group (groups being the employers). I also monitored for changes between the Prime System & the BlueSTAR System, researched and resolved issues from the main Membership Program (BlueSTAR) feeding into the Prime Therapeutics System. I also helped with Special Projects as needed from Excel Spreadsheets or assisted AEP Processors with their FAF (Documents scanned into Image System to display) work. I updated Memberships into BlueSTAR: New applications, changes, terminations, etc. Worked on special projects for supervisors and coordinators updating entire Groups (employers) for their employees (members) names, date of births, addresses, which health plan each employee had chosen, etc. from spreadsheets.
Processed Claims for Regular Business & PG (Performance Guarantee Groups / Dedicated Groups). Phone calls were made to Providers & Doctor offices orhospitals for verification of information that was missing or had incorrect data on claim. Processed special projects for Supervisors such as missing Provider Information (Doctor or Hospital Claims) or missing Memberships (employees) found in the BlueSTAR System.
Stebbins 5 - Entered charges in computer system for Skilled Nursing Facility, made calls as needed for coding & room billing for charges occurring for Patients, general office duties such as filing, answering phones, copier, & fax duties, etc. Research and re-billing for Aging Medicare Delinquency Reports to collect unpaid dollar amounts. I was responsible for Freight payments through CICS Freight System for shipping & receiving lumber or OSB Product and backup for Payroll for Plant. Experience with Lotus 1-2-3, then transferred to Excel Program to keep records of bark loads for payment to be billed. Experience with Word to print out mailing labels and print out new checks for employees as needed. Phone calls were made for freight issues and questionable rating situations along with mileage.
I operated a Flaker Machine (Machine that actually slices the logs into fine flakes to be processed for OSB.) Helped to get assembly Line back up and keep production up if other assembly lines were down. Operated Flaker, Machine, Pike Pole, Pick Axe, Chainsaw, Air Impact Wrench, Knife Grinder (Machine used to sharpen knives for the Flaker Machine).
During construction of OSB Plant, helped with writing of operations of machines operation manual and safety procedures manual. Assisted mechanics and other operators with computer training and usage. Also participated in team building exercises and projects. Traveled to Natchitoches, LA at International Paper to experience their Flaker Equipment while the Jefferson Plant was under Construction.
