  • A normal work day at the office is about 10 to 11 hours consisting of about 60 patrons. I make sure patrons fill out the paperwork correctly to be seen and I pull their files for the nutritionist. I also am in charge of booking their next appointment and getting the herbs/minerals for them. Calculating how much product they need to last until their next appointment and writing the reciepts, calculating costs, then taking their payment. I also work from the home office where I keep track of purchases and bills that are personal along as business. I create files for new patrons and make sure they are up to date on any payments. I make photocopies of important documents and keep my employer up to date on important bills.
