Other Agencies Lake County Jail/ Various R/E Companies City, State,

During this time in my Life I moved back and forth between the law Enforcement and real estate fields. My work experience includes

ERA Neil Fischer Realty

Coldwell Banker Ricker Realty

DA Pruett Properties

C21 Carlino Realty

additionally

some of these were part time as I was full time employed at Florida Dept of Corrections. Also in the early 1990's I worked for the Lake County Sheriffs Dept in the County Jail. This is also when I began my career in State of Florida Dept of Corrections as a Drill Sergeant.

Throughout my career I have had to deal with people from all areas of the country and other countries. I have been very good at keeping situations under control in the prison, and keeping my customers happy in Real Estate. I have found the best way for me in Real Estate is to have an understanding that I am not a sales person but a coordinator in finding what it is my customer is looking for, what "their" wants and needs are. Additionally understand how the customer defines their "why" and guide them in fulfilling those goals.

I have trained a great number of Officers at the prison and I have taught them about making this team as strong as a family. This core belief has helped me accelerate my trainees to positions such as Sergeant within 14 months several Lieutenants with in 3 years and two Captains in under 5 years. I am proud of my younger team members and i believe they are ready to take over the Department now. I feel as if one should want to leave somewhere in better condition than when they arrived, and I feel at this point I have done that.
