Work as a Substitute carrier for Rural Route mail delivery. I have learned 8 of the 13 routes available in the short time as substitute carrier. I have learned and memorized streets address and names for each route. Mail needs to be sorted for each route and that is what gets put in front of the cubicle for the carrier to sort for that route. I organize all the mail and packages for that day to be delivered on the street in route order. I must also communicate with customers that have questions on the route, Pick up mail, packages, deliver certified and express mail as needed for that route in a timely manor.
Had one assignment with this temp company where I routed calls to the appropriate virtual conference call. This company based your performance on successful connections and the number of connections per hour. When assignment was over I was in the top 95 percent range of connections and number of calls per hour.
I started as a Registrar/Customer Service agent and worked my way to Manager in the years with the company. I knew all the operation side of the company in and out and had a hand in all the day to day activities that would make the company run smoothly. I also became an assistant to the Owner of the company and helped with behind the scene running of the company such as scheduling courses, facilities and Instructors. Responsible for State Reporting to various agencies with in the state and other states if necessary. Started in the Skip Tracing Department making calls for Lost Borrowers. Using the Credit Bureau, friends, information and relatives trying to get a good phone number for contact. Then moved to Claims Analysis. Reviewed rejected guaranteed loans for servicing errors and submitted the recommendation for the loan to enter back into service or to be written off due to servicing errors on our company's fault.
From Fall 2011 to Present - Serving on the Board of Directors for the Brenstville District Youth Baseball as Registrar and WebMaster. A lot of administrative handling of Registrations, Emails, and Roster Management. Also helped with all Data Entry with setting up and designing the Website for the League. Still maintain and update as necessary. Send out a Newsletters to membership when information and news about the League news.
