  • Taking calls, making the schedule, coordinating which crews work each flight for the shift, calling in broken ground service equipment, giving the fuelers the fuel loads for each aircraft, and assigning each lead with the tools they need to complete their shift.
  • In charge of a four-man crew to park, offload, upload, and push-out flights on time.
  •  Schedule each pier with a crew member and assign each crew member with a break.
  • Ensure that all bags for each flight on my shift is sent to the designated aircrafts on time to be loaded accordingly. At the end of every flight a specific load sheet needs to be sent to the coordinator
  • At the end of every bag room shift I must write a recap report of the schedule for the day, the amount of bags that missed their flights for the day, and the reasons the bags missed.
