  • Provided timely acquisition of a portable X-ray machine and Digital CR Reader for local physician group (MercyMed of Columbus, GA) after community testing for multiple counties in Georgia and Alabama demonstrated positive Covid-19 patients. Isolation rooms were created with entry and exit to the outside. This floor plan along with portable imaging allowed for Covid- 19 patients to be cared for without exposure to well patients through-out the rest of the facility. Increased patient volume (500%) through direct marketing; developing relationships with physicians and office staff. Worked with the Veterans Administration to provide imaging studies for over-flow patients when the VA had a back log due to equipment failure and increased volume. Worked in the community with a non-profit organization (MercyMed of Columbus, GA) to incorporate diagnostic ultrasound for indigent patients who otherwise would not receive testing. Selected as the employee of the quarter on two occasions while worClaire at two different facilities (hospitals). Asked to speak and instruct radiology students enrolled at Columbus Technical College, providing specific instruction about patient care and Computerized Tomography.
