Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Biomedical Science and Physiology. I want to pursue my education in the field of medicine. Main objective while joining the organization would be to highlight the strength and desire to work meaningfully through consistency, discipline, and hard work to serve the best of my ability.
Graduate Certificate program in Advanced Biomedical Science along with continuous Master's track in Physiology.
Modules Included: Cell Biology & MicroAnatomy, Cell & Molecular Physiology, Biomedical Statistics, Advanced Physiology, Gross Anatomy, Advanced Pathophysiology, Intro to Neuroscience, and Evolutionary Medicine.
Tissue Culture & Upregulation of HLA Expression, SUNY Geneseo June 2015- May 2017
Conference: Experimental Biology 2017 Conference, Chicago, IL
Studied the effects of Class I MHC expression in various cancer cell lines using 5-Azacytidine and Entinostat. Treated MCF-7, MDA-MB-435, MDA-MD-231, A431, HTB-4, and HL-60 tumor cell lines with non-cytotoxic doses of 5-Azacytidine and Entinostat.
Research in Nanochemistry, SUNY Geneseo Aug 2015- Aug 2016
Studied various gold protein samples using B2M to study the behavior of nano-proteins; Observed the gold protein samples using TEM. Main objective was to find the cause of the protein behavior that led to Alzheimer disease.
Responsible for maintaining various solid and liquor human cancer cell lines, transfecting parent cell lines with different reporter genes, and quantifying the luciferase expression in all our in-vitro and in-vivo studies.
Tested In-House CAR-T against various cancer model through cytotoxcity assay and Incucyte analyzing
Processing and Collecting immune cells from spleen, bone marrow, and tumor cells.
Perform multicolor flow cytometry Immuno-Phenotyping to identify surface and intracellular markers
Perform Western blot (WES) to detect protein of interest
Created plans and communicated deadlines to ensure projects were completed on time.
Enhanced patient outcomes by providing knowledgeable education on procedures, medications and other physician instructions. Collected and documented patient medical information such as blood pressure and weight
Maintained detailed records of test results by entering data and patient information into computer. Updated inventory, expiration and vaccine logs to maintain current tracking documentation
Assist physician with EMR documentation by writing the patient's history, updating the ROS and exam finding, updating the final diagnosis and treatment plan per the providers dictation. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and strive for Level 5 chart completion.
Finished the Training period for Scribe America. I was responsible for documenting the physician's dictation and activities based on patient's visit into the medical record system. Was also held responsible for recording HPI, ROS, Past Medical History, Physical Examination, Assessment and Plan during each patient visit. Had to go through the complete VCRT training set by Scribe America before continuing to clinical Scribe.
