As a Research team leader I handled a weekly meet with 4 engineer tutors so that the 60 students could make progress in different projects such as building an ATV to compete in america, build some underdeveloped areas of the college, take a hands on extracurricular classes to know and disassemble a real internal combustion engine, or any thesis that was being pursued by a senior. To accomplish this included logistics, influence, and following worthy research themes approved by the tutors, for the duration of three years.
