Involved from start to finish with interior re-modeling customers by calling leads, explaining our program, setting all appointments and answering any questions they may have and assisting PSI(Project Specialist Interior). Once a project sells, coordinating product activity from special order delivery dates, staging and delivery. Attending all meetings with the PSI, customers, contractors & in-store personnel. Maintain all project activity in Project Tool & Genesis computer programs. Any issues or problems that arise with the job albeit with the customer, contractor, vendors or store personnel, finding the correct resolution and following it through. Resolve any problems in person, by phone, through email & text or traveling to the customer home.
Greet current & potential customers at the front desk, help with questions they may have. Answer phone calls to help customers with any questions or issues. Quote new customers on auto & home insurance and process any changes for current customers. Help write policies with agent. Accept different forms of payment on current policies and compile deposits on a daily basis to the bank.
