I am currently employed in the Private-Industry Hazardous Material field, as a Project Manager / Technical Rescue Specialist, with over ten years experience in the Firefighting/Haz-Mat Incident Response field. As a Firefighter, I excelled quickly through the ranks, attaining the training, certifications, and competencies equivalent to most Fire Captains, as I am a versatile, detail-oriented, and disciplined individual. I am safety-minded, proactive, and strategic when dealing with all incidents, no matter how big or small they may be. With my extensive knowledge of the ICS/NIMS, I have responded to many different incidents, fulfilling positions throughout the entire ICS flowchart (From the Nozzle-Man fighting a structure fire to being part of the Unified Command during large-scale Hazardous Material Incidents). With that being said, I would like to find a career position with a company that is ready to move forward in this ever-growing Hazardous Material field, with safety being the forefront of their existence. I am looking for a company that will offer a unique challenge, utilizing my diverse skills, education, and experience in a way that will be a benefit for all persons involved.
