With more than ten years of extensive experience of working in International organizations, I have gained necessary knowledge of project development, management, implementation and monitoring. Managing two biggest projects such as Mother and Child Health Improvement and Child Rights Monitoring I successfully applied my knowledge and skills communicating and working with international and national stakeholders. Implementation of these two big scale projects demanded increased attention, great managerial skills and scientific approach throughout entire project period.

Strategic Planning and Development: During last two years I was responsible for the development of Child Rights Monitoring component of brand new Social Policy program. Within first year of this program I developed a concept of Child Rights Monitoring program, conducted stakeholder analysis and identified main strategic actions to be achieved within two years. During the second year of the program, I managed capacity building program for Government and Non-Government organizations working in the area of Child Rights.
Report writing and data analysis: Along with the Child Rights Monitoring program I was in charge of development of confidential report on implementation of the Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC) in the country to be presented to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva in 2012. Report was developed and presented prior report of the government to the Committee in 2013.
Capacity building of more than 22 000 health professionals in the area of Mother and Child health care: I have managed a project on capacity building of medical professionals in entire country for more than five mln US dollars. Seven major components were implemented and successfully accomplished. Project was assessed and recognized as the best project in this region.
Communication skills: during my work I chaired a number of different committees with participation of high level government officials. Our joint work was continuing beyond official meetings through direct communication on certain issues.
Monitoring and data collection: I served as a focal point during statistical survey with participation of 24 000 households. Project lasted for two years of very extensive work and accomplished by development of report (not published due to political reasons)
1.Analysis of current situation and development of Child Rights Monitoring Strategy. Development of strategic action planning with Government and Non-Government stakeholders on monitoring of child rights in eight regions of the country. Mobilization and capacity building of NGOs in these regions and assisting in the constructive dialogue with Government agencies.
2.Managing the process of National Plan of Action on Child well-being (NPA) development and preparation its endorsement by Cabinet of Ministers.
3.Development and implementation of NPA in the country through facilitation of process of regulations’ issuance. Work at grass-root level to assist stakeholders to interpret and adjust NPA to the Regional Plan of Actions on Child Wellbeing.
4.Development of strategy on capacity building of Non-Government organizations through analysis, data collection, initial assessment and development of training plan followed by series of training.
5.Work with regional administration offices on statistic data collection on children and its analysis. Facilitation of process of interactive discussion of revealed problems at regional level and development of action plan.
6.To strengthening the NGOs capacity through their active engagement into the Child Rights Monitoring structure and mobilize for sector monitoring and advocacy work
7.To provide support in disaggregated data and background information collection related to the Health, Education and Child Protection section and provide updated information on program/projects
8.To lead the process of developing of confidential country report on implementation of Convention of the Rights of the Child to the Committee on Child Rights in UN
9.Coordination of implementation process of Multi Indicator Cluster Survey in 14 regions (20,500 households) through the management of field activities and constant contact with the implementing government bodies
10.Monitoring and forecasting budget, human resources and other administrative and logistic arrangements related to Survey
Project is included following components: Child Survival Package (Effective Perinatal Care, Essential Newborn Care and Newborn Resuscitation, International Live Birth Definition), Child Survival Package (Exclusive Breastfeeding, Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses, Child Growth Monitoring and Development), Health Management and Quality Improvement, Revision of Medical Curricula). Project external assessment was done in early January 2010 and got two A marks and 3 Bs. Overall opinion of Assessment team is that this project is the best amongst EU funded project in CEE/CIS countries.
