Partnership Specialist US CENSUS BUREAU City, STATE,

  • Used multiple resources and tools for evaluating and presenting solutions.
  • Hired for my Spanish abilities of being able to gain public trust and attention, so that they can be persuaded in completing the census.
  • I organized meetings and events with many school superintendents in the Imperial Valley, where I was scheduled to work.
  • I also lead events and mobile internet locations to complete the 2020 Census Questionnaire.
  • The biggest challenge in counting every resident in my assigned area, was to convince them that the federal government can be trusted when giving out census information.
  • By multitasking, being a master scheduler when it came to events, meetings, and other community organizations, my copasetic personality made it easy to arange and prioritize what was most urgent and important task, including deadlines.

7th & 8th, Flag Football & Basketball, Coach. Enrique Camarena Jr. High City, STATE,
  • Contact Supervisor: Esmeralda Swarthout Phone number: 760 222 7880. Email: Esmeraldas@cusdk12.org
  • Both positions start in the Spring, first Basketball, then Flag Football. Overall, as a coach, I influence young athletes to follow their dreams and teach them to work hard so they can develop leadership and superb sport ethics.
  • Since its Co-ed, I focus a lot of teaching by inclusion where boys and girls compete and interact with each other at an even, competitive level. At the same time, this is a difficult task because, sometimes girls underestimate their ability to perform. However, with inclusion they get confident and familiar with game strategies and start to compete at a high level.
  • Counseling and positive feedback is important towards reaching a successful program. I am proud to stay that for the two years that I have been coaching at ECJR, I have finished with winning records above 500+.

  • With a strong agenda, I plan the season uniquely against the team we are playing that week.
  • By studying film, I breakdown plays into segments focusing on tendencies and probabilities that my team can use as an advantage.
  • With statistics I grade players and focus on improving their percentages of performance to 110%.
  • The hardest and most important things towards running a competitive football program is, one, keeping players eligible by helping them with their schoolwork, and two, healthy, in great physical condition.

Interests

To become an Assistant Football Coach for Calexico High School. I have 10 years of coaching football and passionate about watching young athletes develop their skills. I am willing to take any coaching position that is needed for the success of a competitive program. My strong suit in coaching is Defensive line, especially the defensive ends. I can also coach the Offensive line and understand most basic blocking schemes like, inside or outside foot. As a football player I played D-end and Long Snapper so I can also teach those two positions. Fundamentals and technique is precisely what I drill on, and I highly encourage all athletes to be weight-lifting, which I can also assist on.

Personal Information

From Pop Warner (being the only team from Calexico to ever go to Florida for a Championship) to Varsity, once a Bulldog always a Bulldog. I live, talk, breath football. Whether it be running over schemes with my father or drafting players for fantasy, I am football. I played 4 years of college football in Mexicali, for Universidad Del Valle de Mexico (Uvm), for Coach Miguel Luelmo, where traditionally rookie players are hazed for the purpose of never joining another team . After I played another 4 years of semi-pro football for the Imperial Valley Knights under Coach Sean Johnson.
