Worked special and private events with different formats. Once the event order was placed, initial contact with client would be made to discuss event details. Confirming date, location, times, theme and number of guest was top priority. Worked closely with client planning beverage overviews, prepared drink menu and bar inventory list. There were many moving parts to each and every event, but there was always standard setup and break down procedures. Arriving 30 mins - 1 hr before event and greeting client in a professional manner. Discuss where the bar will located and finalized details of the event for bar service. Begin to set up bar, ice down cold beverages, cut up garnishes. Begin to create an eye-appealing bar displaying spirits, glassware and bar caddie. Greeted each guest professionally and in a timely manner, paying close attention to their drink preference. Prepared drinks while maintaining a clean bar. Always assured guest had a great experience and assured that there were never any guests that were over-served. Broke down bar and while assuring that bar area was clean and all items have been properly placed away according to client. Reassure client is happy and follow up within a week thanking client for the opportunity.
